Amor Khachemoune, M.D., Mohs Surgical Specialist
Dr. Khachemoune completed his dermatology residency at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. His additional specialized training included a wound healing and clinical research fellowship at Boston University, photomedicine fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and Mohs micrographic surgery and Dermatopathology fellowships at the State University of New York.
Dr. Khachemoune’s specializes in Mohs surgery, Dermatologic Surgery, Lasers and Photomedicine, and Cosmetic Procedures. His research interests include new devices for the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases, photodynamic therapy, and wound healing.
Dr. Khachemoune is board certified in Dermatology with additional subspecialty certifications in Mohs Micrographic Surgey, Dermatopathology, and Wound healing. He has over 200 publications in peer-reviewed medical journals.
Dr. Khachemoune serves as Director of Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Dermatology Associates.
Diana Fernandez, P.A.
Diana Fernandez received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Wagner College. She also received her Bachelors degree in Biology and a Masters Degree in Microbiology. Ms. Fernandez is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Parul Mody, P.A.-C
Ms. Parul Mody is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C), who graduated as the Valedictorian in her class in 1997 from Cook County Hospital PA program from Chicago. She worked as an Emergency Room Physician Assistant in Chicago and New Jersey for many years. She has vast experience in diverse areas of medicine including performing minor surgeries and repairing complex wounds & lacerations.
Ms. Mody is certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Alla Gotovka – Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Alla Gotovka has been a New York State Licensed Medical Aesthetician for over 10 years. Since arriving in New York from Europe Alla has enjoyed working in many prestigious Medical spas and Dermatology practices. Alla graduated from the prestigious Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics and Skin Care in 2005.
Alla is a certified laser technician for Candela, Syneron, Cutera, and Cynosure among others. She is certified in Laser Hair Reduction, Photofacials and Vascular Laser Treatments. She has completed advanced training in Hydrofacial, Dermaplaning, Chemical peels, and Microdermabrasion. Alla has extensive experience working with many prestigious medical grade skincare products and treatment modalities, including acne and rosacea.
She is very passionate about beauty and skin health. She wants to share her experience and expertise to get her client’s real results. Alla brings her gifts of warmth, compassion, knowledge and respect to each patient.
